Oddly enough 2 days ago I woke up with awful chest pains. I checked my heart and I couldn't feel it beating. Obviously its weaker then usual, I also feel a lot more fatigue... Are these the signs of something much bigger then just chest pains?

Well most people here won't have any expertise in the medical field, but if you want something copied off of Web MD, I can do that for you. lol

Go see a doctor.....if he or she says everything is okay.....try take a walk....that will get your body going.

I get that sometimes. Every now and then I have my hand oh my chest to check, and I wont feel my heart beat. I know it's nothing to worry about because I don't think I would be standing there. On the other hands pains in the chest are really normal with me, and yes I am an unhealthy person. I'm only 10stone. and I run out of breath when I walk the stairs, so all's I do know is cut down on my junk food fat/sugar.

I don't think you NEED to go the doctors, but it wouldn't hurt.
