So, do you think The Sims is still a quite popular series, average, or a ghost-town? Do you play it currently? If so, do you play it extensively, to pass time, or sometimes? What do you think of the series? I have asked this question because even though I have the series on PC for about 5 years I have had a outstanding interest in it. Have a good day?

I tried the Sims during the first series and a little from the second, I most ended up building houses, they do not give you enough time to do what needs to be done in a full day, really slow and gets boring really fast to be, I need more action in my games and then those can get boring if not done right.

It is well done for the type of game it is, just nothing I could play for more then a few minutes here or there and not even that for long.

I could never figure out why my kids kept getting taken by the CPS people. The going to work stuff was too boring so I always cheated up my money and bought whatever I wanted. I haven't played it in years.

Now, before The Sims, way back in the day I was a minor Sim City addict. I actually gave my copy to a friend because I wanted to get rid of it because I played it way too much.

I do think the Sims series is still popular, I got the sims 3 when it was released and I played on it for a few months but after that I found it boring and stopped playing.

I will probably start playing The sims again when they release the Sims 4.

Sims 4 will just repeat the entire cycle all over again, from what I noticed it seems some people got tired of that type of system. It takes so long to even get enough packs to where the game is not boring as they have to do everything all over again. One needs the packs just to be able to do what they could with the past game.

my girlfriend is a Sims 3 Addict. she loves playing it and has all the expansions. i personally like FPS and MMOs i couldn't sit there and do something that you can do easily in real life. lol
