I had the same issue before. Try reseating the CPU and RAM

Well if it's not the RAM, make sure you have enough power to run the system. If it isn't that, then MAYBE it's a video card issue.

Is the CPU supported? Same with the RAM.

yes they both are

otherwise it is sounding like a bad CPU or RAM.

Plug your video cable into the motherboard is it has a slot for it and then turn it on.

Ok, take the graphic's card out and try with the built in graphics (On motherboard) if this works then put the graphics card back in then try again, if there is still a problem let me know.

Could be a bad motherboard if the computer still does not boot after removing the video card. If it still does not boot, remove the RAM and try to boot the computer. If it beeps like crazy, motherboard is fine. If it still does not produce any beeps, I would RMA the motherboard.

**please list the parts you have in the new comp.  might just be a incompatibility issue.  i did a upgrade a several years back where i ended up exchanging the radeon 600 i bought for a radon 600 of a differnt manufacture.  after swapping cards i never had a boot issue again.**
