I admit that this is some kind of a survey. Want to know your opinion.

If you have or use ASUS P5B motherboard, do you use overclocking features (AI N.O.S., manual etc).
Especially in conjuction with Core 2 Duo processors ? Would you recommend doing that ?

I have a P5E Deluxe, and when I did overclock slightly, I did it manually in the BIOS.

Having said this, I was playing around with the AI suite last night, and that effortlessly overclocked my Core 2 Quad from 2.5Ghz to 2.66Ghz by simply increasing the FSB from 1333Mhz to 1400Mhz.

Thanks. Although I'm interested solely about P5B. I know that it can be done, I'm currently running my Core 2 Duo E6400 at 2.56 Ghz (standard is 2.13) by means of using AI N.O.S., sensitive mode to 20%. Good to me, but wanna know if anybody has better or just another expirience.

P.S. I use huge Thermaltake Extreme heatsink and several 120mm fans to cool the system.
