Windows 7 To Windows 7 Migration

When I first bought my netbook, I was thinking about portability.  It seems I forgot that I was a moderate power user.  After trying MANY things to get it up to the performance of a regular computer, I now realize that there's no way that's possible.  So my question: Is there anything like Migration Assistant for Windows 7 to Windows 7 migration that would copy over files, accounts, settings, and anything else important?  I've found a myriad of programs for XP to 7 migration, but that doesn't really help me.

Thanks in advance,

Danny

There's a built-in Windows Easy Transfer, you can give it a go.

Windows already has a migration program built in. The things you need to get it done can be easily done with windows built in tool
