i feel so yes. steve jobs always knew what he was doing, so for him to appoint this man as CEO obviously means he's a very intelligent person that will continue pushing apple forward in the many ways they have been. he's taken over as CEO many times when steve had to go on medical leave those few times, and nothing was ever different about apple then, so i feel things will remain the same. While he won't have steve to consult, he also didn't do all the work either. the CEO mostly oversees things and makes sure they're going the way they should be, its the engineers and such that do all the building and testing and the software designers that make the magic happen. you also need to remember that companies usually plan things way ahead of time, like when the iphone 4 came out, they were already at work on the 4s. things may have been different, as i would imagine, but now that apple has a permanent place in the tech world that's unforgettable, it would take a lot for apple to fail to any degree. i truly believe we'll continue to see the wonderful products that we always have.
