I want to make my Mac faster by selecting which Services I need to be running like what you can do with MSConfig on Windows....

In System Preferences, go to Users and Groups. Select a user, and click on the Login Items tab. This will show you all of the items that launch on startup.

In your Utilities folder (inside of Applications), open up Activity Monitor. From there, you can quit any process that's already running, and you can see information about your system activity.

Find users in preferences and click login items, then check off the ones you dont want at start up. 
