How do I report a fake giveaway?

So a tech blog called www.thesmartphonechamp.com started a contest on February 27. In this contest, the user who tweeted the most of the site's articles would win a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note. The site claims that they would be giving the phone away on March 31, but they have not yet announced a winner. A few users (including myself) have contacted the company kindly asking if they had given away the phone, and none of us have gotten a response. There are no rules on the site's post (http://thesmartphonechamp.com/win-a-free-att-galaxy-note/). Is it possible to report this company to an  organization that deals with this kind of stuff or am I just screwed? I am just so frustrated right now because I probably spent over 20 hours tweeting for this contest. Thanks for your help!

"Is it possible to report this company to FCC or another organization" - if someone is spamming you, calling you after asking not to be called, swearing on tv or radio, or causing interference in the radio specterm the FCC does not care.

If you are out money, you would go to the FTC, however you are not they used you as a marketing scam.

suck it up, it is kind of your fault for not checking on rules. If it is real, no one will respond on a weekend, give them at least a week to make it public.

thanks. I was going to give them a few more days, I just wanted to know what to do if I had to take further action. They have been posting new articles over the weekend, so they are still active

There is nothing you can do about it, the most is note on the web of trust and complain about that site's trustworthiness.

For one, the website hasn't taken away your money or anyone elses. So you can't really make claims to cause financial stress on the owner of the website.

One thing you could do is to spread the word about how this website is full of crap.

Thanks. I guess when I think of it that way, you're right. They didn't take any of my money, so I guess I don't have anything to be mad about. I guess I'm more disappointed than angry at the site for leading all of the participants on like that :(
