What drivers have you been updating? Is your computer overheating? If so that might be your problem. I used to get that error when my old laptop overheated.

Read this article to start with. [Here][1]

You aren't giving us very much data to work with. Part of owning a PC is being able to troubleshoot it and sometimes that takes a lot of trial and error and digging around.

I would like to say that the last time i got this error was on 3/29/12. also what do you mean by not very much data to work with?

It's nearly impossible to tell exactly what's wrong with your PC using only the STOP code and the program at fault. Usually there's much more to it than just that. It might help to provide the data dumps that were made when your computer puked those BSODs onto your monitor.

Dump File confirms. Problem appears to be something with ntoskrnl.exe

Try doing a System Restore to a date before you installed Chrome

I installed chrome at the beginning of this year and i check the system restroes available and there isn't any to the beginning of this year. but i can uninstall chrome very easy

The reason I believe that just uninstalling it won't work is because it's possible chrome modified a system file. You can still uninstall it and see if it fixes it. If not try the earliest system restore possible.

Under um previous version for the file/exe it says 3/6/2012 but i am scared to do that because it might mess up something because windows update might have installed some updates to the file in the past.. and restore point would kill avast antivirus

before asking what crashed the computer  you should ask why which is more important 99.9% the time the answer to that issue will be simple  2 parts first  run chekck disk for bad spots on your hard driver run it a few times to be sure you have found all..

then run mem-test  because  the other cause percentage of time its caused by bad ram,why it  will appear to happen with one program over another has to do with how each deals with memory preloading and such things or how one program  will tend to cache out to the same spot more times then not and hit that bad sector in the hard drive ..

you dont have to take my word for it how ever but after a while could take  weeks could be if lucky a few month and the BSOD will happen more and more often soon even trying to boot up ..

or one day you will go to your computer press the power button and all that will come up is black screen with the word no bootable drive or it will start getting so it will sleep and quire a cold shutdown  to get it working ..
