Are Bluetooth headphones supposed to sound muddy?

I have a pair of Motorola S10 headphones found here: http://goo.gl/eXJcf, and they sound muddy af when I listen to music like Bachata or Rap. Are they supposed to be like this? I heard Bluetooth isn't supposed to sound true like when you plug in good headphones like Sennheisers or SONY's, but these sound like music from a Go-Kart from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (if you get that reference, lol). Any tips to make it sound better? I'm not using this as  my main headphones, but it's nice to have when you don't feel like messing with wires or whatnot.

Have you tried the different EQ settings? It might not help much but it's a start...

Right, I put them on small speakers and it helped a bit, but not enough. Thanks homie though.
