You need more hardware or upgrade your mac's hd to an ssd and add more ram

Even though your grammar is entirely off, I agree with you. Adding more RAM and upgrading to a SSD is really all you can do on the hardware end.

Ok but what if my Macbook Pro has a limitation of 3 GB Ram?

SSD has a small capacity space right?
