As a kid, I daydreamed about replacing the card catalog at the library with something easier to use. It was so hard to find the book you were looking for. Technology has fulfilled that daydream far beyond my 12-year old hopes.

Indeed; thanks to computers, libraries are now obsolete.

Oh, sorry, did you mean card catalogs? :)

Portability, the wide range of information available at our fingertips, the way we can entertain ourselves for hours upon end because of the vast variety of things that there are to do with technology. Tech, has completely changed mankind.

The way it changes and people wait for the next new gadget to come along and make their life seem better!

This isn't a great question to ask, since the answers will be all over the map - but I appreciate this being the very first question that was asked. :)

I think the aspect I appreciate most is technology's ability to bring us (as humans) together.

That is why I asked the question. I wanted to see what people describe as their favorite part, because everyone's opinions are going to be different

That I can talk to people with the same interests as me and easily keep up to date with what goes on in the world.

I like the usability. Iy has to be simple. You can't have a device, in which you have to go into this, that and the other just to pull up a webpage or browser windows. Other wise we'll have just gone backwards.

The fact that technology is always changing (usually for the better), which gives my mind something to do. Being bored is one of the worst things you can do.

The way it progresses and the way that the masses sit waiting for the next new gadget to come along and make their life appear better!
