I have always wondered do you need to leave you wireless router on 24/7. Also I herd that they are bad on your health is this true. please tell me what you think about this?

I don't see why not. They don't use a lot of electricity and produce little heat. Most electronic devices are technically not good for your health but that's another question. I suggest leaving it on.

I assumed they were intended to be left on all the time? I am far too lazy to be turning my network on and off every day...!
Also, I have found networks/routers give me more trouble when i'm powering them on and off frequently. I like to set them up, find a sweet spot and leave them.

As far as health goes, there is nothing to worry about, the radio radiation it gives off is so so so low its in the mW range and unless you sleep with it under your pillow. (in which case you have bigger issues) you should be fine

Routers are designed to run 24/7, I had my WRT54gl running for around 2 years, all uptime for both the router and the connection (connection never dropped, which is unheard of for verizon. only time that I had downtime was when I updated to a newer version of tomato (tomato 1.27)
