Mac screencasting software?

Screenflow is the best but not cheap. If you want to win a copy of screenflow check out AppleTalker1's current giveaway. Just search him on Youtube. iShowU and iShowU HD are a lot cheaper than Screenflow so I recommend entering that givaway and if you don't win checking out iShowU.
