There is no best way. It is illegal and it voids your warranty.

What the heck makes you people think that Jailbreaking is illegal? Why don't you have a look at Title 17, Section 1201, Pursuit F, Paragraph 1, of the DMCA as of 1999, The Circumvention of Copyright Protection Systems.
