Where can I get a cheap, working iPhone 3GS?

I have a 3G and frankly - I'm tired of it because iOS4 has ruined it for me. I am jailbroken and I didn't back up my 3.1.x SHSH blobs so I'm royally screwed. I want a 3GS for cheap, but don't have anyone willing to sell me one here in Georgia nor do I trust eBay. Any suggestions/sellers?
