I completed CoD: Black Ops, In One Level?!?

Right so I went into the campaign for Black Ops the first time yesterday and started the first mission. I completed the mission and got the "Sacrifice" achievement, which is 10g, and then it came up with the "Stand Down" Achievement. That achievement is for Completing the Campaign on any Difficulty.

I have no idea why on earth i got the achievement for just doing one mission. Has anyone else had this happen to you aswell, or any idea why it happened?

Black Ops is an extremely buggy game. I have had so many issues with it. I did however manage to complete it in a few hours so it is short. The online multiplayer is less buggy but still not very good. Ended up selling it 2 days after buying it.
