Where do you like to keep your dock on you're desktop? Not the most exciting question, but I don't think its been asked before. |
I've tried it a few away, even putting it on top.. though kind of pointless with the menu bar laid atop it. Personally, having it at the bottom with auto hide seems best fit for me, it feels out of the way. I'm also already utilizing the sides, On the left I have auto hide panels that show Directory locations and other info, on the right I have a panel that pops up with my IM contact list. |

On my Powermac G4, I have it set to the left, and on my iMac, I have it set to the bottom of the screen. |
On the right, because my web browser and e-mail client site their tab bars on the left. |
The bottom (and this is one of those questions that doesn't need 50 characters) |
Bottom, always been that way and still feels right. Has recently changed it to the left but kept going to the bottom with my cursor. |
On the bottom, its just there out of the way. It doesn't disturb me. |
I have mine on the bottom as it does not interrupt with what you do... sometimes i put it on autohide... |
Mine is on the bottom, which is the most convenient place for me. |

Mine is on the bottom and hidden. I don't necessarily put it there because I think it is more convenient, but because the screen looks unbalanced to me if I put it on the left side of right side :). |

On my iMac, I have it on the left, however on my Macbook Pro I have it at the bottom... Seems to small on the MBP...
Bottom... it is easier
