I haven't, at least I don't think I have....How would you be able to tell? And why only 15 minutes? |
|
I think that I had 10 seconds of fame a few days ago. I got a Christmas message onto the Coke Piccadilly Circus screen in London.

Who really cares about fame? I know that it's cool to be on TV or on the big screen at a sporting event, but that shouldn't be your primary focus. If all you ever live for is to get your 15 minutes of fame, you are going to have a sad life for the rest of it. You should be treating every moment as the most important moment of your life, and you will find out that joy and contentment will follow.

I have been on the news a few times. When I was younger there were 5 sets of twins in one class so somehow we made it on the news. |
|
I had 2 interviews with news stations which were played on the 6pm news in Australia all around the country. They lasted 4-5 minutes. I was 11 years old and I was interviewed for being my states chess champion under 15. Probably 2 years later, I stopped playing as I moved to a area where chess competitions were not popular. Do still play a bit time to time. I was recognized by 2-3 people on the street and a lot of people at school. Also my family from other states called and said congratulations etc. I am now 18, so 7 years ago :) I also was once interviewed by the news station about winning with my team in CS for the WCG qualifier...sadly I was 14 and could not go to compete. But it was never shown on the news :( Also made a youtube video with about 50,000 views. Face was not in it though. Was to do with a game called linerider. |

cumulatively probably i have been featured or some thing i was involved in was featured int he news and my name or photo would appear. mostly local stuff though. |
