Where can i get a Privacy Policy and a End User?

If it's going to be used by a lot of people then I would suggest getting someone to write you one. I suggest hiring a lawyer to do that.

If the forum will just be you and a small community then you shouldn't need a Privacy Policy or an End User agreement.
