Well basing from its wikipedia page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dragon_ball_z), it is not liscenced to any Spanish media company. And we are not going to disclose any illegal ways to get it.

So the best way is only English...

It is only available in English. Maybe turn on subtitles and see if they work in Spanish.

If it isn't in Spanish then you're going to have to settle with English. And legally, there is no way can just watch it on the internet.

The act of torrenting such material is illegal, and would make you a Pirate. Don't fall in such a shallow Bay.

The series has a latin american ver cuz I used to watch them, they where translated in Mexico and also a ver was translated in Spain, all of them are available through the web. And the new Dragon Ball Kai is been translated.

Anime is different from movies, as if they are not licensed in your country you can download the fansub ver., the real makers of anime allow this because fansubbers make their anime series get known in to other countries, witch give them more income.

MCanime.net has them in Spanish

Hulu.com has them in English

both of them are legal :)
