I do a lot of video editing and I keep all of my videos on external hard drive. I have probably about 1.5 TB of videos I would like to back up, and keep backed up on a regular basis. But here's my problem. Time Machine only backs up my primary drive which I don't keep any videos on, and Carbonite is the same way, and I don't have enough money to buy a Drobo. So my question is this: Does anyone know of a service or device that will back up this data? I know it is not ideal, but my guess is that I am going to have to go out and buy a 2TB drive and just copy them over to that. Any other suggestions would be helpful!

P.S. I am running Snow Leopard 10.6.5 on a a 2009 Mac Pro

Go to Disk Utility/File/New/Disk Image from Folder. From there, you can select the drive/folder that you want to back up.

If you have any more questions, please ask.
