Hi,

My Logitech USB Headset it's not working on my MacbookPro. I plug in and nothing happens, it does not even recognize. I tried on a different computer, and it did work, and I also tried a different device on the MacbookPro and it did work.

Does anyone knows what's happening? Thanks.

Dude, these headphones likely don't even support mac. If they don't support mac you won't have the drivers you need.

Sounds like a problem with your Mac. I would look around in the system prefs. There could be 1000 different things it could be. Are you able to pick it up under the sounds tab in system prefs?

Have you tried plugging it in and checking for updates? Which headset is it by Logitech? I have the Premium Notebook headset by them, which has an analog to USB adaptor, and if you don't have the plugins in the right holes, it's not going to be recognized.

You are selecting the device in your Audio options, right?
