Yes, but it depends on if you would bring your iPad places where there were not Wi-Fi networks, or if you would use it at home, work, etc.

Yes i think its worth the extra $130 because it's like a warranty... if you're ever in a place and no wifi, you're screwed with the WiFi only model. just a thought.

Depends, now with the new AT&T data plans going into effect it really depends on what your going to be using your iPad for. I personally would just recommend getting a WiFi only iPad but you are the one paying for it so I would really think about what you plan to do with it and base your ultimate decision of that.

I tether my iPad 32GB WiFi to my iPhone 3G[s], so I didn't need a 3G model. That saves me $30/month iPad data plan.
