Seahawks fan sues New York Jets, player over snowball | What's your opinion of this incident? "... A Seattle Seahawks fan has sued New York Jets defensive end Shaun Ellis and the team over a snowball toss two years ago. ..." |
I would show them this video as proof that the fan didn't mind it (and collect a couple hundred, because that ignorant bafoon tried to sue me). |
This is incredibly stupid. That's all I have to say. |
I think the man trying to sue is only doing it because he wants money. On the video he clearly doesn't seen to mind and is in fact having fun holding the snowball up in the air like a trophy. If it did indeed cause him some distress he would have complained straight away instead of 2 years later. Answering the "How much damage can a snowball cause?" question it depends on the size, how compact the snow is and if there is anything hard like stones in the middle of it. |

This snow ball seems to have caused a lot of damage: www.youtube.com As to this lawsuit it seems way over blown the video clearly shows that the fan didn't mind it at the time. So now he is just looking for a way to make some money. |
It's just some guy trying to get ahead. He's not going to win the lawsuit. |

The football player is as retarded as the fan that waves the snowball like a sissy like he was some kind of champion for picking it up: "Hey look at me I got his snowball I am awesome and I will sue cuz I can"-retarded fan. As for your question a simple snowball cannot cause damage unless it has been altered with a stone or something :) (kids don't try this @ home) When doing that has to be without trying to harm someone, or it can be turn into something immature >.> |

This Snowball could Kill.
