What does B grade Graphics Card mean? I was searching for a new graphics card and when i searched ATI Radeon™ HD 4670 it said ATI Radeon HD 4670 £79.99 or Bgrade 4670 for £49.99. what does the b-grade mean ?

B-Grade is like "Ex-Display". The box may be damaged, the item could have been opened, it could be a refurb, but it still works.

What I'd worry about is dodgey retailers "baking"(or reflowing) a GFX card that was broken, causing it to appear to work, but it actually having a very low lifespan and liability to die again at full load.
