From Amazon FAQ, prime will work on, "Millions of items sold by Amazon.com and Merchant items that are fulfilled by Amazon."

They will not work on "Items fulfilled by merchants such as Target and Amazon Marketplace sellers., Magazine subscriptions., Personalized gift cards, Any item that doesn't have a message indicating that it's eligible for Prime on its product page."

If there isn't a message on the product page indicating that it's eligible for Prime, it's not eligible.
