New Year's Eve travel kit

What essentials should anyone pack in a care or emergency kit before going out to celebrate New Year's Eve? I wish to create a usable list to share with everyone on Lockergnome on the health blog.

BTW, everyone have a safe and happy New Year's Eve celebration. Please don't drink (or drug) and drive.
