I play a single game on PS3, barely the only game I have. I put it to play, then store it in its case after finishing playing. Next day I do the same. Will the cd get scratched on the surface? I want to know based on your experience.

yes it will eventually if you keep taking it out and putting it back in. I recommend leaving it in the system it doesn't make sense to take it out.

It shouldn't scratch from removing and inserting it into your PS3 many times because the PS3 disc slot has a soft part that the disc passes through to go into the console. Also the blu-ray discs are very resistant to scratches even more than DVDs or CDs.

Blu-ray disks have a coating on them to prevent a lot of scratching

also the PS3 has a foam sponge on the slot loading drive

The slot disk drive of the PS3 is padded with a form of sponge coating so the disk won't get scratched.
