Should Mobile Me offer some form of free plan?

I have recently been interested in looking at cloud computing and I noticed that a big form of cloud computing is utilizing Mobile Me which is Apple's cloud. When I was doing my research I noticed that it costs $99 a year to use Mobile Me. I remember a while back Chris did a video about Mobile Me and whether it's worth the money or not, and I have finally decided to way in. I think Apple should off a full free Mobile Me with say 5 GB or so of data and maybe remove the @mac.com (or whatever it is) email address. What are your thoughts on this?

I think they should too and I don't know why they haven't. I am a HUGE Apple fan that only uses Macs, uses the iPhone 4, Apple TV, iPad, and other devices. I have yet to pay for MobileMe because it's simply not worth the cost. It's funny because a few weeks ago I was saying that Apple should make FindMyiPhone free and they did!
