Will a PowerColor HD5550 run with a ASUS M2A-VM?

I'm new at computer hardware and want to know if those products will run together here are the specs I have now:

Graphics - Nvidia Geforce 8500 GT with 1GB of DDR2 Memory 80nm Technology

Processor - AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ 2.7GHz

Memory - 2GB RAM DDR2 Dual Channel memory

Motherboard - Asus M2A-VM AMD 690G Socket AM2+/AM2 mATX Motherboard
