Hi just a quick question, when ever i put audio into my After Effects composition and i play it i cant hear the music. The only way to hear it is to manually scrub while pressing cmd key ,so i was wondering if there was a way to listen to the audio without doing this? thanks |

other than ram previews, adobe aftereffects mostly sucks when dealing with audio. when ever I use it, I often do the video track with all needed effects, I then bring the video into adobe audition in order to add the audio. |

in Mac, go to Audio Midi setup in that ul have adobe after effects cs5 or cs6 the version it shows.... then select "use built in microphone , built in Input/output and test after effects while pressing spacebar... ul hear sound 2nd instruction: on the top we have ram preview hit it on to play song instead pressing and holding command button and dragging the slider :) |
