How do I save, share, and print out drawings, that I've produced, on the iPad?

One of your only options is to take a screenshot. You achieve this by pressing the Home button (the only button on the fron of the iPad) and the on/off, sleep/wake button (the one on the top right of the iPad). You will get a flash on the screen, and it will make a Polaroid sound. The picture automatically gets saved to your Photos app. From there, you can email it to yourself, or transfer it to your computer through the 30-pin dock connector.

Is the Ipad the best drawing tablet out there in your opinion?

Possibly, because iPads were created for developers to make applications that run on their platform. Some would swear by it; others would say that it isn't because they don't have a stylus (which you can buy). In my opinion, if you have the right apps, you will enjoy it. If you've found a better device out there, you would love that device more. There is no right or wrong answer, it's all based on opinion.

Remember that the iPad is more than just a drawing tool as well. The iPad excels in email, web browsing, apps (both productive and entertainment), music, photos, videos, and more. You might find more use in the iPad, even if it doesn't have the best image editor on it.

Serious illustrators usually have a Bamboo tablet. But, I do know a few who also use their iPads for sketching/doodling ideas on and then later importing them in to their illustration software to work on further with more serious tools.
