How to upload a YouTube video to facebook via iPhone 4?!

I have heard you have to save the video to your phone, how can you do that? I have heard you have to got to the "full site" and click the video icon, that hasn't worked for me... I'm extremely frustrated because there is virtually no info on how to do this task anywhere online. I've had this phone for a few months and STILL haven't been able to figure it out for myself! Again this is for the iPhone 4! Please help!!!
