I've tried Miro, but it is incomplete, I can't download HD videos. OK, I'm looking for a application with the following features:

-to be able to read youtube HD videos;

-to auto search and download HD! youtube videos;

-(+) to be able to make feeds (like Miro) and auto download periodically on new releases.

P.S.: It doesn't mater if the software is free or I need to pay for it!

You can try the online way at www.keepvid.com, you just post the link of the video on keepvid.com and it will download the video.
