Hello, I have a program my friend wrote on a CD for my mac and one of the 7 CD is not readable anymore so he told me to copy all the other 6 cd over to a new CD and I'm confused on how to do this. Actually the program is on a DVD-R. any idea on how to do this?

Thanks, Brandon.

I usually use Blindwrite or Nero for these type of tasks. Blindwrite is free and simple to use so I'd recommend that...Link

Go to Disk Utility. Then in the sidebar select the disk that you want to copy (not the actual disk drive) and click on "New Image". From there you want to go to "Image Format" and select "DVD/CD master" and save it. It should appear in your sidebar, if not it normally is saved in the home folder. Finally insert a blank CD click on the cdr file and click "Burn".

The Disk Utility deal worked great. I just made images of each disk, and there was no need to burn them to a DVD.
