How to change QuickTime Icon in Windows?

Not sure if this will work but try it. I would have but I don't have QuickTime on my machine.

On the Desktop, Right click > New> Shortcut. Follow the wizard to point the shortcut to the path you want. Then try changing the icon under the properties.

Right click icon-> properties-> under shortcut, click on change icon-> browse to the icon file you want -> select the icon -> click ok -> then click apply -> then exit

Did you even read what I wrote? I can't click 'Change Icon' for some reason, I know the process of doing it though.

Are you trying to change the icon that is in the start menu? If so, for some reason you can't change that one. If it is on your desktop then you should try and make a new shortcut by doing what David suggested then right click and change it.
