I am building my first PC and I would like you guys to proof read it to make sure all the parts will work with each other

Also that's a "Micro ATX" Case you may have problems with graphics cards as well as motherboards, get a mid or full size case so you'll have plenty of room to expand and help with air flow.

It looks good, but you REALLY want a better motherboard. Seriously, the 760 series chipset was bad enough when it came out; now it's two generations old, almost. I'd recommend at least an 8xx series chipset/motherboard, which might warrant a bigger case, but it'll be worth it with the performance boost.

I'd suggest upgrading the video card to Radeon 5750, it's better as far as long term investment. Don't forget to add a CPU cooling fan =]

Don't forget thermal paste for the CPU... Also, look into getting a different mobo... I have the 760G chipset and it sucks not having the ability to expand...
