I've had two domain names registered with DNS Central for several years. I've moved to another state and my old email address is no longer operative. I've tried by phone, email and fax to give DNS Central the information they require to update my email address securely and can get no response. I can't update it on their website because the old email is not working.
All phone calls go to their answering machine. No emails have been answered since December 10, 2010. I've faxed their required update form and a scanned copy of my U.S. passport as requested and have had no response. I've left phone and email messages asking if a snail-mailed copy of the form and my passport would expedite the update and again have received no response.
I'm finally ready to set up my website and can't proceed. Has anyone else had this or a similar problem? Any ideas on how I can reach dnscentral.com and or digitaldaze.com, their affiliate? Both have the same contact phone number. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,

I experienced a similar issue over here in the UK with x-reg.co.uk they never respond to any requests and if you google them that is there track record. everyone seems to have an issue. Fortunately my domain was able to be managed by nominet as it was a .uk after a few days of communications with them they changed all the details over.

I'm not aware of their being a "nominet" for .com or other domains, but maybe that will give you an idea ?

The whois record for digitaldaze.com shows two different phone numbers one for admin and one for technical, have you tried calling those?

I never had to face this type of issue because i have excellent domain and hosting provider named Domain registration even this company has a 24 hour online customer support as well. You can contact to your domain hosting provider by visiting it's nearest branch, posting comment on it's official blog site, or you can contact on of his support team employees. Hope my suggestion will helpful to successfully resolve your issue.
