I prefer to use Windows 7, for several reasons:

1) I got a free copy of Windows 7 Ultimate from Microsoft for holding a launch party.

2) I like to full-screen my windows, and OS X lacks the ability to force a window to fill the entire screen. It autosizes it to the "best" size, but I don't necessarily agree with it.

3) A lot of my favorite software (Visual Studio 2010, Expression Studio 3, Pinnacle Studio 14) is Windows only.

Point 2 is invalid. It can do full screen, always has and has been further improved in Lion.

At the time he posted it Lion wasn't even mentioned and while not as valid as it once was it still does hold some validity to this day.

Most apps I use daily on OS X do not have the full screen ability. While as nearly every app I use on Windows does.

Personally I like to think of myself as neutral as I dual boot to both! Windows 7; OS X; Full Screen Capabilities Screens can be stretched! Much More Software Available Apple have made amazing quality software Bad - have to defrag Defraging is done for you

Much more! Can't mention all of it!

I have both and I like both very much.

Aesthetically, I'd choose Mac OS X. Control, I'd pick Windows 7.

They both are good and bad at certain tasks but like I've said on multiple occasions microsoft implements more features but OS X implements the features that it does better than microsoft

I like Windows 7, I am quite satisfied with it, and I have never had any problems with it.

I went from Windows XP to Windows 7, love it, runs everything, never could go back to Windows Xp now. I did go with Windows 7 32bit as the 64bit was having a lot of driver issues.
