Has HTC said anything about where the Thunderbolt is going to be released?

I would really like to pick up an HTC Thunderbolt whenever it is released, and I know it is expected to come out sometime in February.

But, I live in Canada, and it seems that hardly any of the best Android phones ever make it up here...
