The only option I can see is to buy a HDMI/Component adapter, which should work, not entirely sure though (They are not cheap). Or return your TV (If you're able to)

You should always know what you're buying. You should have read the information carefully, then you would have known that there was no component input.

Okay, let me see if I have this right, your TV has HDMI in but your PVR doesn't have HDMI out? You need HDMI out from your PVR to get true HD to your TV. The TV is fine, it's just the PVR that is missing a required output.

Maybe look for a conversion cable to convert from component to HDMI.

You cannot use a cable to convert from Component to HDMI. HDMI is digital and Component is analog. You need a converter box.
