I use Ultimate as well but like he said we need a little more information you may not need all of the features that Windows 7 Ultimate has to offer. I for one like the BitLocker Encryption that is very nice to have to keep your data safe especially since I have a business. So it all comes to down to what you need to use your computer for.

Have you considered Home Premium and the price difference between all three editions. To be honest with you for the average user Home Premium is fine what are you using windows for? Just the normal E-mail, web browsing and enjoyment of the computer?
