Um, joking aside by the poor wording of your question... If you're talking about EDITING photos (that you've created with, as Chris suggested, a camera) - I'm a fan of Adobe's Lightroom - it's professional grade software, but it's worth the price. Then again, I'm a photography minor and spend a lot of time with pictures professionally. If you're looking for cheap - any photoshop knock-off will do. Gimp, for example. |

I'm rather fond of Photoshop myself. Not only is it powerful, but there's significant how-tos and tutorials online about how to produce interesting effects. |

I use SUMO PAINT ...it has a free part of itself, and a purchase upgrade if you wish. But as an airbrush artist , it suits my needs fine. This along with Picasa and PICNIC are all I use. |
