I added a banner on my channel with an image of the Gmail logo and in the map code I added the following link so that it sends you here when you click on the icon:

*mailto:facu.alegre@gmail.com*

When I type this in Chrome, it shows me a page where I can type an email, but when I click on the link on the image, it takes me to my inbox on Gmail.

I think the problem is that the image map code adds "http://" before the link and this makes it no work how I want it to work. Any ideas?
