Is it possible to have 2 YouTube channels with 1 AdSense account?

I am a partner and I want to create a new channel for other types of videos and I was wondering if I can join both accounts into my single AdSense account and if I do that, am I also capable of doing partner-only things like the banner image on my new channel?

Yes, I've actually done this before. You just have to go into your setting and go to Link Adsense account, or whatever that link is and link your adsense account to it. However, you need YouTube to accept one or more of your videos for ad sharing revenue.
