Safari Extensions dangerous ?

With Google Chrome Extensions, almost every app comes with a warning dialog saying "Apps and extensions you install may have access to your data on ALL your computer and the websites you visit, bookmarks, browsing history, data on all websites, data on list of websites,physical location."

Does Safari Extensions web-apps has the same access?
