I want a free screen capturing software which has good User Interference & can work under heavy loads & slow ram's & computer's. Which should i use now, if i can even edit in it then it would be great.

The Print Screen Key, just saying...

(open paint and press CTRL + V) & You got your screen shot.

Then if you want something really snappy, use Snipping Tools which came with Vista & Windows 7.

Windows or Mac? For Windows, I have found TechSmith's SnagIt to be an unbelievably good program. However, it isn't actually free.

I haven't used it, but ScreenHunter has great reviews over at CNET, and is well worth checking out.

On the Mac, I haven't found I need any more than what's built in, but I have read about a few very good alternatives. I can't remember now what they were though…

Use Print Screen with the key "PrtScn" some Operating systems you may need to pres Ctrl + PrtScn alt text

Oh and yeah you can use a free photo editing tool and press Ctrl+V to paste it in. (or right click --> Paste)
