"I have a windows 7 x64 machine with an i7 chip and 12 GB of RAM. I'd like to know which virtual server works best: VMWare 2, VirtualBox, etc? Should I consider the built-in virtualization server? |

I suggest using VMWare Workstation. |

As a reply to the others if it was 12MB of RAM, it wouldn't be running Windows 7. It wouldn't even be able to run Windows XP. I had an old Compaq laptop with 16MB of RAM back in the early 90's. It had Windows 95, and that was after upgrading it. As for the question. VMWare Workstation works really well. That's what I use. You should check it out, it should fit everything you need. |
