Wicketpixie issues!

Hello everyone! I every so often (more so lately) receive an error message from my installation of Chris' Wicketpixie. In the area where there are supposed to be the status updates, I get the following error:

Warning: array_slice() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /hermes/bosweb/web179/b1792/ipg.ambworkscom/wp-content/themes/wicketpixie/app/update.php on line 59

I have tried to troubleshoot this error for a few weeks now, but no avail. ANyone willing to help?

Still no luck. I've done everything I could think of. I've changed the permissions to 755 and still no luck. I changed the permissions to the extreme of 777 yet still no luck. I am at a loss of what to do. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Ok, si I removed twitter, and the issue stopped showing up. Not sure what the issue is now... Urgh...

WicketPixie 1.x is plagued with issues like this. I believe it was caused by a failure in parsing the source feed.

Anyways, WicketPixie 2.0 is currently in development; you can view the project here.

Which doesn't surprise me. I figured it was probably that, but as i began to troubleshoot, I became extremely frustrated, and I wanted just to put that out there. Thanks Eddie!

Yeah, I'm planning to have 2.0 rely on Google's Feed API parse feeds, instead of doing it all in WicketPixie. Doing so should get rid of tons of errors and speed things up.
